摘要: Two bacteria were isolated from the activated sludge sample of a wastewater treatment plant in Dublin by enrichment culture technique with toluene as sole source carbon and energy. They identified Aeromonas caviae (To-4) Pseudomonas putida (To-5). The growth these depended on manner which was supplied. In general, better when supplied vapour phase. When added directly to medium it found be toxic organisms but effect could alleviated presence other sources acclimation cells. To-4 has never been previously reported.
