摘要: St. Lucia faces numerous challenges associated with striking a balance between its economic and conservation goals respect to the Pitons Management Area (PMA) World Heritage Site. Among various stakeholders, public sector, which largely constitutes administrative authorities representing general public, plays an instrumental role in site management.
