摘要: The rising awareness of decreasing natural resources has brought forward the idea a circular economy and resource efficiency in Europe. As part this movement, European countries have identified need to monitor residual waste flows order make recycling more efficient. In Finland, studies on composition household mostly been conducted using different methods, which makes comparison results difficult. aim study was develop reliable method for studies. First, literature review methods performed. Also, 19 Finnish were compared identify shortcomings current data. Moreover, information needs management authorities concerning studied through survey personal interviews. Stratification, sampling, classification fractions statistical analysis as key factors study. area should be divided into non-overlapping strata decrease heterogeneity enable comparisons between producers. A minimum six subsamples, each 100 kg, from stratum sorted. Confidence intervals category determined evaluate applicability results. new three-level system created based stakeholders' four other classifications.
