摘要: Emergent reperfusion strategies are integral to providing optimal patient outcomes in the setting of acute coronary artery occlusion. ST-segment elevation on surface 12-lead electrocardiogram, although specific as a surrogate marker, is insensitive posterior circulation Studies non-ST-segment syndrome consistently identify patients who have epicardial vessel occlusion at time initial angiography, which usually delayed for hours or days after presentation. In addition, studies myocardial infarction often divulge disparity identification infarct-related artery, with an underrepresentation left circumflex artery. Taken together, it likely that many "missed" during early phases due electrocardiographically silent nature territory, resulting salvage and worse cardiovascular outcomes. this review, we report magnitude missed consequences delay diagnosis. We review electrocardiographic findings discuss enhance identification. Heightened awareness clinical scenario available methods avoid missing elusive diagnosis imperative our quest further improve infarction.
