Controlled growth of carbon nanotubes on graphite foil by chemical vapor deposition

摘要: Carbon nanotubes have been synthesized by chemical vapor deposition on graphite foil coated with stainless steel film as catalyst magnetron sputtering. Annealing in hydrogen was used to convert the needed particles that a different composition from initial due phase segregation during annealing. The particle size increases increase of thickness. outer diameter carbon dramatically size, whereas inner slightly first then remains roughly constant at about 7 nm.
