摘要: The present study includes the fabrication and characterization an investigation of electrical transport properties nanocomposites n-PANI graphene oxide (GO). samples were prepared by loading different weight percentages D GO during chemical oxidative in situ polymerization aniline monomers. Structural XRD, FTIR, FESEM, etc. confirmed that exhibited superior morphology thermal stability. studied measuring variation conductivity with temperature T, V–I characteristics fundamental response Vf at temperatures T. dc conductance Σ showed a transition from insulator type behavior to weakly dependent TD, which decreased increasing D. generally nonlinear nonlinearity increased decreasing temperature. Moreover, T ≥ saturation voltage for higher values current, similar Zener diodes. At lower (T ≤ TD), maximum occurred, thyristors. This leads possibility fabricating devices containing these nanocomposites. We have tried analyze results using framework scaling theory concept inter-chain hopping conduction tunneling between conducting grains separated insulating regimes nanocomposite.
