摘要: Lightweight aggregates were prepared from ground FRP waste, which had been decomposed in N2 gas or air, mixed with clay as a binder and CaCO3 foaming agent, fired at temperatures between 800°C 950°C air. The fabrication of the lightweight was found to depend on amount char, CaCO3, firing temperature. At all temperatures, samples waste that did not yield pore structure required for due relatively large char. However, sample containing small char air showed well-developed closed pores 900°C 950°C. addition 5 wt% resulted most uniform structure. As temperature increased, size its distribution became larger broadened.
