摘要: In 2 S 3 quantum dot coated ZnO nanorod arrays have been synthesized via two step method. were prepared by a facile and low-cost hydrothermal process, deposited on the nanorods successive ionic layer adsorption reaction technique. The structure, morphology, optical properties of /ZnO are investigated. photoelectorchemical measurements showed that offered enhanced photocurrent density. Electrochemical impedance was also investigated in detail.
