摘要: A number of studies have demonstrated that microRNAs play a critical role in osteosarcoma progression, therapy and drug resistance. MicroRNA-202 has proven to be dysregulated many human cancer studies. This study aimed explore miR-202 contributions resistance osteosarcoma. expression was measured by real-time PCR patient tissues, cell lines or cells treated with TGF-β1, using siRNA knock down the Smad2, Smad3 Smad4. mimics, inhibitor scramble were transfected into observe effects on apoptosis Moreover, relationships level PDCD4 investigated luciferase reporter assay, Western blotting. We found is overexpressed tissues when compared normal osteoblasts TGF-β1 can induce miR-202. Transfection mimics significantly promotes chemotherapy targeting PDCD4, tumor suppressor which involved apoptosis. In contrast, transfection enhances sensitivity provides new insights miRNA-202 as potential molecular target for chemotherapy.
