摘要: This report provides a comprehensive analysis of grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) cost trends in California, which is by far the largest PV market United States. The findings this work may help stakeholders to understand important California market, and policymakers design more effective incentive programs--a particularly objective given recent announcement from Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) establish an 11-year, $3.2 billion program for customer-sited solar. study statistically analyzes installed systems funded state's two rebate programs, overseen Energy (CEC) [operating since 1998] CPUC 2001].
