摘要: Interphases in unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites under transverse loading are modeled using an advanced boundary element method (BEM) based on the elasticity theory. The interphases treated as elastic layers between fiber and matrix, opposed to springlike models BEM literature. Stress intensity factors for interface cracks interphase matrix calculated. Numerical results demonstrate that developed is very accurate efficient analysis of with arbitrarily-small thickness, presence cracks.
