摘要: This paper investigates the determinants of Township and Village Enterprise (TVE) labour productivity in China, examining behaviour at both national regional levels. The results suggest that human capital, real wage level, foreign intensity, export capital investment, firm size are most important factors affecting but their relative importance varies significantly between regions. also indicate government privatization reforms had a major impact on TVE sector across regions
