摘要: Abstract A new neurovascular free-flap donor area on the medial side of knee is described. The flap supplied by saphenous artery, a branch descending genicular artery. It drained both long vein and venae comitantes. Its nerve supply from femoral cutaneous above below knee. thin, has vascular pedicle (up to 15 cm) dependable supply, can be made quite large. principal disadvantage wound, which requires grafting in most cases. We describe anatomy flap, method raising it, our early clinical experience with it as free pedicled flap. Potential uses its broader significance relation flaps lower extremity are briefly discussed.
