摘要: Among the most prominent and devastating neurological disorders are those that involve degeneration of neurons as result acute injuries (traumatic brain injury stroke) or age-related diseases including Alzheimer’s disease (AD), Parkinson’s (PD), Huntington’s (HD). Not only these major causes death, but each typically involves long-term morbidity exacts great tolls on relatives healthcare systems. These manifest nerve cells in particular regions, resulting deficits functions controlled by regions: learning memory AD, body movements PD HD, speech language many cases stroke head trauma (Table 1). The purpose this chapter is to provide a brief overview pathogenesis chronic neurodegenerative conditions aberrant aggressive behaviors consider neurobiological substrates aggression disorder.
