摘要: Pharmaceutical formulations comprise: (i) microcapsules which consist essentially of a biocompatible polymeric wall material encapsulating drug, and (ii) lipid-soluble surfactant is mixed with the or incorporated within coats microcapsules. Such may be presented as an aerosol dry powder for inhalation. Microcapsules in suspended pharmaceutically acceptable water-immiscible oil resulting suspension emulsified aqueous medium to obtain formulation oral administration.
