摘要: The effects of single oral doses 5, 10, and 20 mg temazepam were evaluated with the adaptive tracking test, analysis smooth-pursuit saccadic eye movements, visual analog lines in a placebo-controlled, double-blind, crossover experiment 12 healthy volunteers. Pharmacodynamic testing was performed until 10 hours pharmacokinetics 24 hours. Temazepam, mg, caused all tests, peak occurring at 30 minutes. dose on movements subjective scores alertness, whereas 5 detected only by movements. Linear relationships between plasma concentrations found nine subjects for velocity eight alertness. results this study demonstrate manifest differences sensitivities performance tests stress importance validation methods when drugs human are studied.
