摘要: We study a skeletal sample digested by Iberian wolf (Canis lupus signatus) in order to finding diagnostic features of digestion caused this agent. The remains were taken from scats collected different natural areas the northwestern Peninsula. tested methods recover with goal not produce biases, and we evaluated most appropriate methods. results compared those reported other authors who have also worked samples wolves. Bias during procurement assemblages seems be significant cause differences observed between samples. found that it was necessary fully all individually analyze modifications, even small-sized remains. Taphonomic characterization performed analyzing physical biochemical modifications. believe these may useful archaeological paleontological assemblages.
