摘要: Direct high-performance liquid chromatographic chiral separation of numerous underivatized unnatural amino acids on a ristocetin A-bonded stationary phase used in the reversed-phase and polar organic modes is reported. The effects different parameters such as mobile composition, temperature, structure analytes selectivity both are discussed. By variation parameters, stereoisomers was optimized and, result, baseline resolution achieved most cases. Chirality 13:648–656, 2001. © 2001 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
