摘要: L’augmentation de la frequence des cancers du cardia et le probleme croissant prise en charge l’endobrachyoesophage, appele œsophage Barrett dans litterature anglo-saxonne (EBO) a remis question definition endoscopique jonction œsogastrique normale (1,2). Un EBO est observe 6 12% cas chez patients presentant un reflux gastroesophagien (3,4) avec risque 0,5% par an (5). D’un autre cote, adenocarcinomes oesophagiens litteralement explose puisqu’elle ete multipliee 3 au cours 30 dernieres annees (2).
