New insights into the phosphine-free synthesis of ultrasmall Cu2−xSe nanocrystals at the liquid–liquid interface

摘要: In this work, we first demonstrate a liquid–liquid interfacial strategy to prepare ultra small colloidal Cu2−xSe NCs with blue fluorescence (<5 nm) under moderate conditions. Specifically, preparation of proceeds via reaction copper(II) stearate [Cu(SA)2] NaHSe in the presence phosphine-free oleic acid (OA) or oleylamine (OAm) as capping ligands at 95 °C toluene/water interface. The as-prepared display narrow size distribution compared traditional high-temperature organic methods. Furthermore, non-caustic and environmentally friendly ammonium thiocyanate (NH4SCN) useful agent was introduced replace long-chain for fabrication NC-sensitized solar cells. results indicate that have potential applications future optoelectronic devices.
