摘要: Background/Aims: There are great controversies regarding the surgical management of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) with coexistent gastrointestinal cancers. The aim this study was to report our experience AAA concomitant gastric cancer and compare results literature. Methodology: From January 1988 December 2002, six patients simultaneous diagnosis were operated on at First Department General Surgery, University Verona, Italy. completed review literature data collected by Medline search.
