摘要: In this paper, anode supported SOFC with columnar structured YSZ electrolyte was fabricated via Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EBPVD) method. Liquid condensation process employed for the preparation of NiO-YSZ substrate and high power electron beam deposition method used film. Double layered cathode LSM-YSZ LSM printed on screen-printing fired at 1150℃ in air atmosphere 3 h. The electrochemical performance long-term stability 5 × ㎠ single cell were investigated DC current-voltage characteristics AC impedance spectroscopy.
