摘要: The incidence of brain metastases (BM) is increasing in patients with breast cancer (BC) under adjuvant chemotherapy, because the survival time prolonged and early stage, cytostatic effect on cerebral micrometastases minimal still preserved blood-brain-barrier (5). BM clinical manifestations, other hand, have destroyed barrier are thus exposed to pharmacological action agents hormones which normally do not pass freely into cerebrospinal fluid (8). In addition, 85% at extracerebral sites (4). For these reasons, we treated were shown by CT gave rise neurological signs, an aggressive combined treatment cytostatics hormones.
