摘要: Abstract Haematococcus pluvialis is a kind of native bioresource, which accumulate high abundance astaxanthin, one the most important bioactive compounds, under various biotic and abiotic stress conditions particularly light. However, global metabolic responses to light in general relationship between primary metabolism astaxanthin accumulation particular are still obscure. In this study, non-targeted metabolomics approach was first be used profile dynamic changes H. along different intensities, >200 low molecular metabolites were identified. The integration data with previous transcriptomic uncovered several pathways including raffinose family oligosaccharides biosynthesis pathway, GSH pathways, pyrimidine purine TCA cycle, phospholipids, that for intensity, pinpointing shift from biosynthesis. Exogenous application related such as nucleotides, carbohydrates amino acids algal medium confirmed link Our results provides solid base manipulation production stress, reveals insights into adaption strategy against conditions.
