摘要: This study was conducted to determine the effects of diet supplementation laying hens with antimicrobial peptides (AMP) on egg production, quality and caecal microbiota. A total 360 Hy-Line Brown (72 weeks old) were divided into three groups four replicates 30 birds each. The fed basal (Control), + 50 mg/kg AMP (group 1) 100 2). experiment lasted for 45 d. Eggs collected daily samples at end experiment. results showed that caused a significantly increased rate decreased feed/egg ratio (p < .05). Meanwhile, distinctive difference in cecal microbiota observed between control average values microbial diversity richness lower group than group. At phylum level, relative abundance Verrucomicrobia Cyanobacteria In conclusion, indicated dietary can improve production affect community membership structure during late period.
