摘要: Ion specific effect, which is also known as Hofmeister has been reported in numerous systems including ionic surfactant aggregates. Acyl amino acid surfactants have attracted growing attentions the field of novel research due to their environmentally benign characteristics. The objective this study was investigate effect different salts containing NH4+ and tetraalkylammonium (TAA+), where alkyl = methyl (TMA+), ethyl (TEA+), propyl (TPA+), cations on dilational rheological properties interfacial film are stabilized by potassium N-cocoyl glycinate (KCGl). behaviors were studied using oscillating drop shape analysis method. tensions (IFTs) parameters results illustrate that KCGl presence better activity stronger intermolecular interaction, indicating added contribute denser molecular packing at oil-water interface. effects observed system. Among cations, shows highest modulus NH4+. overall interaction between headgroups decreases sequence >TMA+ >TEA+ ≈TPA+, follows series. increasing hydrophobicity TAA+ prevents KCGl's headgroup, therefore prevent amphiphiles from closely present a theoretical origin for useful application cosmetics, petroleum daily chemical industries.
