摘要: The biological properties of chemically deglycosylated human choriogonadotropin (DG-hCG) preparations were examined in collagenase-dispersed rat interstitial cells vitro. Despite effective receptor binding activity membrane preparations, DG-hCG failed to induce cyclic AMP accumulation the when incubated presence or absence a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. steroidogenic ability as assessed by testosterone medium was less than 0.5% native hormone with failure attain maximal steroid production. Inhibition complete whereas inhibition steroidogenesis about 75%. had no effect on cholera toxin follitropin seminiferous tubular preparations. data suggest has conformation conductive interaction receptor, but activate adenylate cyclase is either lost weakly expressed.
