摘要: Thyroglobulin secreted in the medium by Fisher rat thyroid line-5 (FRTL-5) cells cultured presence of stimulating hormone (TSH) shows a slower electrophoretic mobility sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and higher density position CsCl gradient than thyroglobulin FRTL-5 absence TSH for 5-7 days. Such effect is much less or not evident when digested with peptide N-glycohydrolase F intracellular compared. Intracellular migrates faster either TSH. Evaluation mannose galactose content demonstrates that has more extracellular thyroglobulin; it also decreases while increasing its content. Bio-Gel P6 chromatography increases complex type carbohydrate chains decreasing high thyroglobulin. High oligosaccharides were characterized fast atom bombardment-mass spectrometry analysis. Treatment calcium ionophore A23187 (5 microM) without causes appearance "fast" migrating form thyroglobulinin culture medium. dramatic decrease
