摘要: The combination therapy of urinary bladder cancer with radiation and hyperthermia bleomycin was investigated. Immediately following daily external irradiation (40 Gy/4 weeks), patients were irrigated a solution warmed saline (intravesical temperature, 42–43°C) containing 30 μg/ml bleomycin. Of total 56 patients, complete responses observed in 25, partial 21. Among T2-T3 cases, an 84% response rate noted therapy, whereas 56% after alone (50–70 Gy). side-effects the limited to reversible irritation, capacity could be maintained within normal limits. These results suggest that represents effective conservative for management cancer.
