摘要: Tertiary sediments were deposited extensively on the Cretaceous east of Lebombo Mountains across coastal plain Zululand and southern Mozambique. These are mainly shallow marine or estuarine with thin transgressive, regressive, continental phases. Minor deposits oldest (Eocene) remain in part area; more extensive preservation is found north.
