摘要: In the present paper, a sugarcane collection used as parents for early ripening and high sugar content, was studied by molecular markers based on amplified fragment length polymorphism technique (AFLP). Fourteen primer combinations were able to recognize two of genetic diversity groups 48 individual differential fragments. These allowed identify 11 out 15 genotypes studied. The introduced in Cuban germplasm database (BANCOGER), which could
