摘要: A reversible chlorine electrode which may be used in molten salts up to temperatures of at least 900°C is described. Chlorine gas forced through a porous graphite cylinder contact with the solution under study. The was tested Ag|AgCl|Cl2 (graphite) cell and an exactly linear dependence emf on temperature found for range 530 920°C. Excellent agreement earlier measurements below 600°C results indicate that calculated values based thermal data high are high. Emf from 920°C given.
