摘要: Abstract To solve the problem energy deficit encountered in developing countries, Hybrid Renewable Energy System (HRES) appears to be a very good solution. The paper presents optimal design of hybrid renewable system considering technical i.e Loss Power Supply Probability (LPSP), economic Cost Electricity (COE) and Net Present (NPC) environmental Total Greenhouse gases emission (TGE) aspects using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Optimization-Grey Wolf (PSOGWO), Grey-Wolf Optimization-Cuckoo Search (GWOCS) Sine-Cosine Algorithm (SCA) for Community multimedia center MAKENENE, Cameroon; where inhabitants have spend at times 3 4 days blackout. Seven configurations (Scenarios) systems including PV, WT, Battery Diesel generator are analyzed an average daily load 50.22 kWh with peak 5.6 kW. Four values derating factor 0.6, 0.7, 0.8 0.9 used this analysis best value is 0.9. Scenario LPSP, COE, NPC, TGE RF 0.003%, 0.15913 $/kWh, 46953.0485 $, 2.3406 kg/year 99.8 % respectively when GWOCS found most appropriate center. obtained comprising 18 kW P p v − r t e d corresponding 69 solar panels, AD total battery capacity 241 1 N g .
