摘要: ABSTRACT This paper discusses the evidence in favour of hypothesis that a delicately regulated increase availability adenine and guanine nucleotides is an important part metabolic pattern cells with increased probability entering new mitotic cycle. Cultured lymphocytes exposed to mitogens show rapid rate synthesis purine by both de novo salvage pathways. The elevated maintained proliferating cell populations. effects exogenous physiological derivatives on mitogen-induced lymphocyte or fibroblast proliferation are dose-dependent biphasic. Hereditary deficiencies either adenosine deaminase nucleoside phosphorylase, enzymes involved nucleotide degradation, result disturbances immune systems leaving other types almost unaffected. suggests specific variations exist between different linkage metabolism control proliferation.
