摘要: Plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) battery chargers and wind turbines (WTs) can pose harmonic problems for utilities, despite their environmental economic advantages. In this paper, decoupled power flow-based program is developed to analyze the impact due PEVs WTs. Our numerical results confirm well-known fact that concentrated PEV WTs will cause excessive distortion if no filters were installed. A sensitivity factor proposed locate sources illustrated on IEEE 123 test case. It verified buses with high factors large distortions.
