摘要: Bisfenol-A ilk kez 1891 yilinda sentezlenmis ve ostrojenik etkileri 1930’larda bulunmus olan endustriyel bir kimyasaldir. Bisfenol–A gunluk hayatin bircok alaninda kullanilan urunlerden biberon, saklama kaplari, su siseleri sise kapaklari, gozluk camlari, CD, DVD elektronik cihazlar ile cocuk dis hekimliginde koruyucu amacla rezin bazli fissur ortuculer restoratif tedavisinde kompozit dolgu materyallerinin yapisinda bulunur. Gunumuzde Bisfenol-A’nin olasi toksik tartisilmaktadir. Bu makalede hakkinda genel bilgi verilmis sikca dental materyallerdeki etkisi ilgili literaturler isiginda degerlendirilmistir.
