Nucleic acid extraction from heterogeneous biological materials

摘要: Methods for extracting high quality nucleic acids from a heterogenous collection of acid-containing materials biological sample are disclosed. The nucleic-acid containing may contain cells or microvesicles, both. extractions obtained by the methods described herein characterized yield and integrity, making extracted useful various applications in which acid preferred, e.g., diagnosis, prognosis, therapy evaluation medical condition.
