摘要: In the last years, new severe plastic deformation (SPD) processes have been developed in order to produce very high values of materials be processed, with only small changes size parts. This is not possible through conventional thermo-mechanical processes, which increase up above-mentioned usually associated a change their geometry. As well-known, enough accumulation deformation, submicrometric or even nanometric grain structure substitutes former. Given that metallic has great deal influence on mechanical properties, refinement this provides enormous technological advantages. For instance, at low temperature, fine can strength, hardness, fracture toughness and material fatigue limit. Furthermore, alloys an ultrafine may exhibit superplastic behaviour thus, ability undergo no damage material. The continuous combined drawing process angular channels (CCDR) concept (SPD), by researchers belonging Public University Navarre based patent (ES 2224787). present work, finite element analysis will employed study strain distribution processed but also homogeneity introduced strain. Moreover, experimental results compared obtained using FEM. With it shown feasible achieve industrial application, making processing SPD possible.
