Gradient density method and apparatus

摘要: To perform density gradient separation, columns are prepared at a central location and frozen. They then taken to other locations while frozen heated return the mobility of solutions. In this manner, solutions can be preserved during travel for long period time, thus removing need forming sites they used time use avoiding purchase specialized equipment in some facilities that solvent separations.
