摘要: In-vitro fertilization patients (n = 15) at risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) (oestradiol > or =4500 pg/ml on the day human chorionic gonadotrophin administration and 25 more follicles intermediate large size) underwent aspiration all cryopreservation fertilized oocytes pronuclear stage. Patients were monitored for up to 2 weeks post-retrieval. Subsequent transfer cryopreserved-thawed embryos was performed in programmed cycles using exogenous oestrogen progesterone endometrial preparation. Two (13%) developed OHSS necessitating hospitalization vaginal ascitic fluid. other moderate requiring fluid office setting, with dramatic improvement condition. yielded a clinical pregnancy rate 58% per ongoing delivery rates 42 67% patient respectively. By eliminating potential prezygotes examining subsequent transfers, it is concluded that reduced, but not eliminated risk. cycle steroids yields an excellent rate.
