摘要: The derived pharmacokinetic variable estimates from a Bayesian aminoglycoside dosing program were compared with those the Sawchuk-Zaske method to determine which most accurate in fitting test dose and predicting subsequent peak trough serum concentrations. Data on 17 patients moderately impaired but stable renal function analyzed. All received gentamicin sulfate for treatment of their infections. To individualized variables using program, demographic data, history, one (midpoint), two (peak trough), or four drug concentrations entered into program. used three determined following first before after derive variables. one, two, did not differ significantly obtained all available method.
