摘要: The present invention is related to a fungal serine protease enzyme, which comprises an amino acid sequence of the mature Fe_RF6318 enzyme having SEQ ID NO: 15. obtainable from Fusarium equiseti , more preferably deposited strain CBS 119568. Also disclosed are nucleic sequences encoding said protease, such as plasmid pALK2521 comprising nucleotide NO:9 in E. coli RF7664 under accession number DSM 22171 and pALK2529 full-length gene 10 RF7800 22172. Said useful preparation applicable detergent compositions for treating fibers, wool, hair, leather, food or feed, any applications involving modification, degradation removal proteinaceous material.
