摘要: We synthesized nanotubes and nanowires of π-conjugated poly (3-methylthiophene) (P3MT) by using nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide (Al2O3) template through electrochemical polymerization method. From scanning electron microscope transmission photographs, we observed the formation with diameters 100–200 nm wall thicknesses 5–10 nm. Relatively long P3MT (about 40μm in length) were obtained. To discern structural optical properties systems, measured ultraviolet visible absorbance Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy. that doping level, π‐π* transition peak, bipolaron peaks varied synthetic temperature. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra solution at ∼490nm. For lower temperatures, PL became sharper resistance decreased.
