摘要: Abstract High-purity carbon monoxide (CO) gas as a certified reference material (CRM) was analyzed using micro chromatograph (micro-GC) with thermal conductivity detector. The main reason to select the micro-GC its compact size provide safe experimental environment. Thus, both CO cylinder and were placed inside draft shield limited small space. Peaks of several impurities found in chromatograms micro-GC. helium, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen dioxide. It that helium impurity highest concentration. High-accuracy calibration mixtures used construct lines for precisely prepared by gravimetric blending method. Calibration had enough linearity accuracy quantitative analyses impurities. values detection limit 0.7–4 μmol/mol. purity high-purity around 99.996%, which value estimated from sum concentrations
