摘要: Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are present in a multitude of consumer and medical products; however, the toxicity AgNPs is not fully understood. This research aimed to elucidate relationship between AgNP cytotoxicity oxidative stress damage rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) hepatocytes erythrocytes comparison silver ions (Ag(+)). Generally Ag(+) was similar, such that both types generated reactive oxygen species, decreased glutathione levels, activities reductase glutathione-S-transferase. Nonetheless, two had different cellular targets; increased lipid peroxidation without apparent uptake into cells whereas DNA damage. Furthermore, generally treated with cysteine while treatment buthionine sulfoximine types.
