摘要: Abstract Change in magnetic properties of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+y(Bi-2212) single crystals due to 240 MeV Au14+ ion irradiation parallel the c-axis with fluences 5×1010, 5×1011 and 1×1012 cm−2 is reported. Magnetization curves specimens before after were measured a vibrating sample magnetometer at 4.3K, 20K, 40K 60K field applied up 7.5T c-axis. The critical current density (Jc) calculated from magnetization hysteresis increased all over range temperature except 4.3K. Enhancement ratio Jc irreversibility took maximum around 5×1010 cm−2.
