摘要: This work highlights an innovative one-step synthesis pathway for obtaining tailor-made carbonate-free BaTiO3 nanocrystals at low temperature. The also tries to characterize the processing of nanocrystals. Well-defined and stoichiometric were prepared sonochemically 323 K (50 °C) in only 45 minutes, which rather easy manipulate. particle size distribution was narrow. results indicated that can be tailored by changing reactants concentration. kinetic formation more rapid precursor solutions with higher BaCl2 very sensitive Ba/Ti ratio solution ultrasonication conditions. as-dried precipitates generally composed loose agglomerates resulting from assembly several during drying stage preparation. agglomeration potentially used self-assembling obtained miniaturization multilayer ceramic capacitors development other nano-devices organized
