摘要: article i nfo Background: Rice is globally one of the most important food crops, and NaCl stress a key factor reducing rice yield. Amelioration was assessed by determining growth seedlings treated with culture supernatants containing 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) secreted strains Rhodopseudomonas palustris (TN114 PP803) compared to effects synthetic ALA (positive control) no content (negative control). Results: The relative root determined under (50 mM NaCl), after 21 d pretreatment. Pretreatments 1 μM commercial 10X diluted supernatant strain TN114 (2.57 μ MA LA) gave signi ficantly better than PP803 (2.11 ALA). measuredby dry weight ordered pretreatments as: N negative control. strongly decreased total chlorophyll plants that correlated non-photochemical quenching fluorescence (NPQ). salt also increased hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) concentration in NaCl-stressed plants. were reduction H2O2content incurred remarkable increases antioxidative activities catalase (CAT), ascorbate (APx), glutathione reductase (GR) superoxide dismutase (SOD); had generally stronger PP803. Conclusions: has potential as plant stimulating bacterium might enhance saline paddy fields at lower cost ALA.
