Color variable multilayer light emitting devices based on conjugated polymers and oligomers

摘要: We report the fabrication and study of color variable multilayer light emitting devices based on pyridine-containing conjugated polymers para-sexiphenyl (6P) oligomer. Polarity controlled two were fabricated by sandwiching layer in between emeraldine base sulfonated forms polyaniline (SPAN). The typically is a blend polymers, one which pyridine-based copolymer (PPyVPV). can be operated under either polarity driving voltage with different colors being emitted from locations. Under forward bias, red generated PPyVPV/SPAN interface. reverse bulk whose dependent materials used. Voltage multicolor combining 6P emission was observed both bilayer trilayer devices. single cover wide range visible spectra CIE coordinates vary blue to white green increasing voltages.
