摘要: Annual and seasonal home ranges were cal- culated for 47 Eurasian lynx in four Scandinavian study sites (two Sweden two Norway). The observed the largest reported species, with site averages ranging from 600 to 1400 km 2 resident males 300 800 females. When range sizes compared size of protected areas (national parks nature reserves) Scandinavia, it was concluded that very few contained sufficient forest provide space more than a individuals. As direct consequence this, most need be conserved multiuse semi- natural habitats cover large Scandina- via. This conservation strategy leads number con- flicts some land uses (sheep semidomestic reindeer herding, roe deer hunters), but not all (forestry moose harvest). Accordingly research must aimed at understanding ecology these conflicts, finding solutions.
